Directs and oversees the prioritization and implementation of technological enhancements and related business processes to be implemented within Workplace Solutions (WS). Includes an understanding of customer and internal user needs, alignment with strategic initiatives, communication of vision and priorities, and day-to-day management responsibilities for successful implementation of solutions. Ensures that efficient systems, documentation, processes, and execution are in place to produce positive scorecard results and create a value-added customer experience. May directly manage a team of product owners/Agile Release Train (ART) resources. Will provide direction, mentoring, and coaching to dotted line resources that support the Workplace Solutions ART. |

- Drives large-scale initiatives and product development efforts, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution and integration of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Champions Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) across departments, implementing change management strategies to foster adoption and maximize efficiency.
- Builds strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and key customers to enhance operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Provides visionary leadership for Agile Release Trains (ARTs), balancing Run, Grow, and Transform initiatives while prioritizing work aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Fosters an engaged, accountable workforce, ensuring fair HR practices, effective coaching, and a high-performance culture that supports innovation and sustainable growth.

- Proven track record of leading strategic, mission-critical initiatives and high-performing teams, with the ability to drive decision-making and execution in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Expert in project and process management, with a strong understanding of business systems, technical concepts, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable strategies for business stakeholders.
- Experienced in operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), effectively managing multiple concurrent projects and empowering cross-functional teams to deliver business value on time.
- Skilled communicator and influencer, known for building strong relationships across business and technology teams, senior leadership, and external partners to align efforts and achieve enterprise goals.
- Demonstrated leadership in talent development, fostering growth in others through mentorship, coaching, and by modeling effective collaboration and accountability.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

- Deep experience with Workplace Solutions group products, including expertise in customer needs, business processes, value streams, and the supporting systems and technologies.
- Strong understanding of group insurance Benefit Administration platforms, their market role, and integration with insurance carriers to support seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Proven leadership within an Agile Release Train (ART), guiding cross-functional teams to deliver business value while aligning with enterprise priorities and Agile best practices.
- Insight into Workplace Solutions customers and operational dynamics, enabling strategic decision-making and solution design that meets evolving market and client demands.
