The Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) at Carnegie Mellon University is a nationally recognized, centralized career services hub providing innovative support across career exploration, professional development, experiential learning, and employment assistance. We are seeking a motivated, strategic professional to serve as Assistant Director/Career Consultant for Early Career Development. This position is ideal for someone passionate about student success and energized by a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Reporting to the Director of Student Employment and Early Career Development, the Assistant Director will design and deliver programming for first- and second-year students while also supporting student employment initiatives across campus. Approximately half of your time will be spent providing individual and group career coaching for undergraduate students using CPDC's Assess-Brand-Connect framework. You'll create and deliver engaging content through a variety of platforms, including workshops, online modules, and campus events. Core responsibilities include:
