Pay Range: $67,000 - $95,000 Tempur-Pedic leads the premium sleep innovation category with a mission to deliver Deep, Undisturbed Sleep. In this role, you'll help bring that mission to life through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on the consumer. As an Associate Brand Manager on the Tempur-Pedic team, you will support the execution of brand strategy while helping drive business performance. This role focuses on the Accessories portfolio, supporting product development and contributing to go-to-market initiatives. You will become a category expert with a thorough understanding of the target consumer, competitive landscape, customer strategies, and sales environment to help lead key initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is analytically minded, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a high-performing brand team.
