What We DoThe Vice President (VP) of Performance Marketing is a new senior leadership role reporting directly to the CMO and responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency at scale. This role will build and lead a team of performance marketing professionals, manage media budgets, and leverage data to grow revenue through demand gen, lead gen, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing a new team of performance marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to deliver shared-service digital marketing capability from the ground up.
  • Creating and executing strategies for digital marketing to achieve business goals, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, organic search, marketing operations, and data + analytics.
  • Optimizing/growing media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across different channels and campaigns for optimal return on investment.
  • Analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for testing and optimization, and implementing data-driven strategies to benchmark and improve key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS.
  • Working closely with product, sales, and creative to ensure alignment and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Building an analytics function for the entire marketing org, where reporting is in real time, automated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Creating business cases based on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build, lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, preferably in a Center of Excellence model within a large B2B marketing organization.
  • Ability to develop and execute digital strategies to drive revenue at scale, through a predictable and repeatable process.
  • Demonstrated experience of 15+ years or more in B2B marketing, including lead generation, ABM, and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building an integrated tech stack and implementing best practices in marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with various marketing platforms, tools, and technologies, includingGoogle Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, and analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects and results and to execute responsibilities with minimum supervision.

The pay range for this role is $ 192,400.00 - $256,525.00

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
