Visiting Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior

Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University seeks dynamic individuals to teach courses in undergraduate Organizational Behavior. In addition, the school requires the candidate to conduct research and service for the university.

Strong candidates would have an earned doctoral degree (ABDs considered) in the relevant discipline, at least 2 years of teaching experience, and an active research agenda or professional business experience.

The teaching locations will be in Manhattan, either at our Wilf (Washington Heights) or Beren (215 Lexington) campuses.

• Teach up to two courses in-person twice a week (undergraduate program).
• Conduct research and participate in the school research seminars.
• Service the school, university, and the community.

• A doctoral degree from an AACSB-accredited institution with expertise in Behavioral Economics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior college-level teaching experience of 2 years or more. High teaching evaluation scores are preferred.
• Have a record of publications or an active research agenda.
