Markon's partner company is seeking a Software Developer to support our Intelligence Community client around the Reston, VA area.

The ideal Software Developer will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following tasks:

Support the team in maintaining and enhancing applications

• Track highly technical data on a regular basis and work closely with team members to retain information for analytical efforts

• Communicate with team members to clarify requirements, overcome obstacles, and meet team goals

• Develop cutting-edge technology solutions to maximize performance, scalability, and distributed processing capabilities of the system

Required:

• An Active TS/SCI with a FSP (Preferrably from this client)

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Developer

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field

• In-depth experience developing applications using Node.js

• Experience in backend development and creating APIs

• Experience deploying applications in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware, etc.)

• Ability to work with large volumes of data

• Experience working with development teams using agile software development methodologies

Desired:

• Strong understanding of internet protocols and networking technologies

• Understanding of JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, Angular, or React
