We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic communicator and strong project manager to support and enhance the company's benefits communications. This individual will create clear, engaging content that promotes benefits, builds understanding, and supports employees, agents, retirees, and new hires. The role involves managing communications across multiple channels, and coordinating across teams and vendors to deliver timely, compliant, and effective messaging that improves the overall employee experience and understanding of benefits programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain benefits communication materials, including newsletters, guides, and presentations.
  • Create and update orientation and onboarding materials to reflect current benefits offerings and practices.
  • Manage cross-functional projects related to benefits communication and change management, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate distribution of benefits content.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve communication strategies and address information gaps.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline communications and enhance employee engagement.
  • Lead key projects related to benefits communication and change management.
  • Support the development and implementation of benefits-related initiatives and programs.
  • Ensure all communications are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in benefits communication or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits and HR practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with vendor coordination and management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$77,500-$101,00

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
