Genesis10 is currently seeking a Customer Communications Project Manager for a 12-month contract role with our client in the retail industry in Richfield. This role is a hybrid, working in the office Tuesday-Thursday. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized CRM Communications PM to join our client's collaborative team. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to assess new communication needs and updates to existing ones. You'll gather requirements, provide detailed implementation instructions, and track communication performance-all to ensure our messages are relevant, timely, and customer-focused. Key Responsibilities Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical/product teams to gather and define communication requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation for implementation by development and creative teams. Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Collaborate closely with teams, including technical product owners, analysts, designers, copywriters, and operational partners. Monitor communication performance and provide insights using data and reporting tools. Guide projects through a defined process framework-from scoping and requirements to testing and measurement. Qualifications Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience managing multiple concurrent projects Experience in documenting detailed project or system requirements for implementation teams Familiarity with data platforms and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting An analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $40.00 to $50.00/Hr.
