Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Compensation & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation strategy, data analytics, and team leadership. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation programs, analyzing compensation data, and providing insights to support business decisions. The Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our compensation practices are competitive and aligned with our business objectives. The Manager will oversee a team of two people.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

* Analyze compensation data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

* Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations on compensation-related matters.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.

* Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive.

* Prepare and present reports and presentations on compensation data and analysis to senior leadership.

* Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and other incentives.

* Provide support and guidance on compensation-related issues to HR and other departments.

* Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, compensation, analytics, or a related field.

* Proven experience in team leadership and management.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Proficiency in compensation software and data analysis tools.

* Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar role within a large organization.

* Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).

* Consulting background
