Overview: The AVP, Demand Generation will lead and oversee Inovalon's demand generation strategy to drive new business pipeline and ultimately meet company's sales goals. This role will be responsible for the execution of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns and will report directly to the CMO.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Build and execute on marketing campaigns. Create integrated/multi-channel campaigns that drive the marketing funnel and ultimately create qualified leads for our sales team. Campaigns may include, but are not limited to: publication newsletters and display advertising, content syndication, webinars, infographics, podcasts, collateral, video and display advertising, email marketing, search engine marketing, ABM, conferences, intent based advertising, and other modern digital marketing demand generation tactics;
* Manage a growing team of demand generation/marketing programs professionals who run multiple end-to-end integrated campaigns and are motivated to get results;
* Work across product and service teams, technology partners, sales, and marketing to deliver against the business goals of the sector;
* Drive performance through a results-driven experimental approach, both in existing channels and by experimenting with new channels and techniques
* Track and report on marketing campaigns: Use Marketo, DemandBase, Salesforce.com, Google analytics, Tableau, and other tools to track and report on campaign efficacy; adjust strategies and test campaigns to ensure results that achieve the sector's business goals;
* Project management and communication: Create project plans and tracking tools to deliver against marketing plans on time and within budget; report out on deadlines and progress routinely; keep senior management abreast of progress and delays as appropriate;
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives that will identify enhancements to improve products, services, operations, client appeal, process flow, and overall business function, industry reputation, and financial performance.
* Recruit, mentor, develop and motivate a high-performing team of campaign marketing marketers.
* Select and partner with vendors and agency partners to drive performance in online and offline channels.
* Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement;
* Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;
* Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company;
* Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function; and

Job Requirements:
* Minimum of 12 years of well-rounded marketing experience with deep focus on B2B SaaS space, healthcare experience strongly preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of managing demand generation team
* Hands-on experience managing and optimizing the Demand Gen techstack
* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding growth revenue targets
* Strong understanding of sales and marketing analytics
* Ability to be collaborative, influential and manage people who are not direct reports;
* Strong execution skills with ability to think strategically and act tactically;
* Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills and ability to multi-task with close attention to detail;

Education:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, management or relevant field is required; and
* Master's degree is preferred;

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
* Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time);
* Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
* Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
* Subject to inside environmental conditions; and

In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Inovalon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Base Compensation Range
$205,500 $270,000 USD
