Minimum Qualifications
Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.

Bachelors degree preferred; HS diploma, or equivalent accepted with appropriate amount of experience

Position Summary
Reporting to the OneCard Manager, the Student Event Ticket Coordinator oversees all aspects of ticketing for student clubs and organizations, as well as for departments within the Division of Student Affairs. The role also collaborates with the Student Affairs Business Office and Campus Reservations to facilitate sales for student organizations, including merchandise, dues, and donations. Additionally, the position supports general OneCard Office operations, and assists with student staff training for the Tate Student Center. This position requires evening and weekend availability.

Student Event and Revenue Services-

  • Coordinate with event organizers to plan and organize event entry and ticketing needs.
  • Set up online sales for student clubs and organizations for event tickets, merchandise, dues, and donations.
  • Coordinating mobile ticket setup via third-party application, print tickets as needed. Update and maintain ticket scanning hardware used to scan tickets and ID cards.

OneCard Production, Ticketing, and Photography Services

  • Assist with student staff supervision for ID production and photography services.
  • Answer customer inquiries related to both services.
  • Assist with online photo submission approval process.
  • Manage the Ticket Operations student staff to include hiring, scheduling, training, and advising students and staff on ticket policies.
  • Promote and participate in the development, retention & engagement of Tate Student Center student employees.
  • Contribute to the planning team for the Fall Training Event and the End of Year Student Staff Celebration.

  • Set up the box office at event locations, crowd control at events, signage for ticket sales, working with student organizations regarding events.
  • Supervise ticket staff at events that require ticketing services. Troubleshoot patron event entry and ticketing problems.

Sales Reporting and Billing Operations

  • Provide sales reports and statistical data on ticket patrons to event and/or club organizers.
  • Create invoices and submit intra-university charges for services rendered to Business Office on a weekly basis.
  • Audit ticket sales with cash receipts and prepare deposit reports.
  • Provide monthly report on Ticketing Services to OneCard Manager.
