Property Manager!

We're currently seeking a Property Manager to lead operations at Ironwood Village, a 95-unit affordable housing community offering LIHTC, NSP, and HTF programming in partnership with Catholic Charities.

What You'll Do
As Property Manager, you'll take the lead in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the property is financially successful while fostering a welcoming, resident-focused environment. You will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Drive and maintain high occupancy rates through strategic marketing and resident retention
- Lead, train, and support a high-performing on-site team
- Oversee leasing, move-ins/move-outs, and compliance with LIHTC, Section 42, and HUD regulations
- Support residents through the application, lease renewal, and annual recertification processes
- Manage vendor relationships and recommend maintenance or capital improvements
- Prepare annual budgets, process payments, and monitor expenses
- Enter and manage data using RealPage (applicant info, service requests, rent payments)
- Organize and promote community-building events and resident engagement initiatives
- Ensure Fair Housing and compliance policies are met at all times
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of property management or equivalent experience (affordable housing experience is a strong plus)
- You bring a confident, friendly presence and love connecting with a diverse group of people
- You're organized, self-motivated, and enjoy leading teams toward shared goals
- You're comfortable using software platforms (RealPage experience is a bonus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
