National Sales Manager

The impact you'll make:

The NationalSalesManager (NSM) is the enterprise owner of usedvehicle unit volume, gross margin and inventory turn across all AvisBudget retail locations. Working in a true whitespace / startup environment, the NSM architects national sales strategy, standardizes the endtoend sales program and builds a scalable talent.

The NSM creates the process discipline and topdown clarity required to accelerate growth while freeing the National Finance Director to focus exclusively on finance products and compliance.

Whatyou'lldo:

• Translate corporate forecasts into quarterly, monthly and storelevel targets.
  Leverage marketdemand signals, vAuto pricing guides and agedinventory dashboards to set daily sales objectives
• Own vehicle presentation in all retail channels (photos, dynamic pricing, incentives).
• Partner with Marketing on SEO/SEM, remarketing campaigns and omnichannel lead routing.
• Design and document a standardized "RoadtotheSale" playbook including CRM checkpoints, lead response SLAs and closerate KPI ladders.
  Build & prioritize a backlog of fastfollow capabilities
• Recruit, onboard and coach RSMs; establish a weekly KPI cadence and dashboard.
• Embed financialliteracy microsessions (gross/unit, inventory cost of capital, turn velocity).
• Lighten RSM tactical load by creating repeatable workflows and centralized tools.
• Sync with Inventory Manager on sourcing mix
• Serve as sales voice in culture forums

Youshouldapplyifyoubring:

• 8-10yrs multirooftop usedvehicle sales leadership with digital retail exposure.
• Proven record building repeatable processes in startup or transformation environments.
• Handson expertise with vAuto (or equivalent), CRM/leadmanagement suites and pricing analytics.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or advanced analytics coursework a plus
• Ability to travel ~40%.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $130,000-$150,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
