The Rental Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing sales of machinery and heavy equipment rentals to customers at the Mustang Cat's Willis, Texas, location. Inside Sales Responsibilities Include: Primary customer contact at branch in Willis, Texas Assist customers (over the phone and walk-ins) to determine appropriate rental equipment needs Assist Outside Sales Representatives to complete rental orders Dispatch haul trucks Utilize all available tools and resources to fulfill customer orders Inside Sales Position Requirements: College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications Ability to Commute to Willis, Texas Inside Sales Strongly Preferred Experience: Bilingual English/Spanish Knowledge of CAT equipment Understanding of rental equipment application by our customers Check out the Mustang Cat Anthem to see our mission in action!
