Overview NaphCare is partnering with the Washoe County Sheriff's Office to hire a Program Coordinator/Research Assistant to join our THRIVE Jail Based Treatment Program (JBTP) that operates as a 30-bed adult specialized behavioral health unit at Washoe County Detention Facility in Reno, NV. The Program Coordinator works closely with the THRIVE Program Director to fulfill administrative support and data coordination for the program. Duties include basic level Research Assistant roles including but not limited to data entry (e.g., in Excel, word, Smartsheet), tracking of patient participation and matriculation through the program, and basic database/excel operations. The Program Coordinator also serves as the lead facilitator responsible for logistical set-up of tele-health meetings for clinical purposes for patients throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has experience with data entry, working in a healthcare and/or correctional setting, and in working within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities The Program Coordinator/Research Assistant will work with a team of mental health clinicians, psychiatric providers, a psychiatric nurse, discharge planner, and recreational therapist led and supported by a program director. Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

Qualifications Position Requirements/Preferred Experience:
Physical Capabilities: Must have the ability to stand for long periods, lift and move patients (up to 50 pounds), bend, squat, reach, push, pull, walk significant distances, and perform physically demanding tasks like CPR, all while maintaining good balance and endurance throughout a shift.
