As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll serve as a key liaison between business teams, IT, and vendors ensuring our systems are running smoothly, efficiently, and securely. You won't just maintain systems; you'll make them better. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving puzzles and helping turn big ideas and user needs into smart, scalable solutions.

Location: Lake Forest, Illinois (hybrid/flexible work schedule, 2-3 days/month onsite). Local Northern IL/Southeast WI candidates only!

What you'll do:



  • Partner with business units to design, implement, and improve system solutions aligned with CCU's technology strategy.
  • Serve as a liaison between users and vendors, educating stakeholders on system capabilities and enhancements.
  • Manage system support for applications such as SharePoint, Creatio (CRM), and Fiserv suite of applications by analyzing tickets, providing technical assistance, and delivering creative, effective resolutions.
  • Lead system upgrades and maintenance, ensuring vendor capabilities align with business needs; recommend and document enhancements.
  • Review release notes and new features to assess benefits and tradeoffs between usability and performance.
  • Gather and document requirements for system changes, enhancements, and incident resolution.
  • Support testing efforts by conducting unit tests and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Stay on top of timelines, dependencies, and project issues, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
  • Maintain clear, current system documentation and identify when new procedures are needed.


Qualifications:



  • Associate Degree in Information Systems, Technology or Related
  • 2+ years' experience in Business Analyst or related in a financial institution
  • Experience In Lieu of Education:

    • 5+ years' experience as a Business System Analyst or related experience with administrating similar products or systems - Minimum


  • Experience with SharePoint, CRM (Creatio preferred), Fiserv suite of applications (Nautilus, DNA, etc.), and other applications.
  • Experience with desktop and server operating systems, familiarity with technical logs, SQL, Automation or job scheduling system, and Microsoft applications desired.
  • Troubleshooting skills and high problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with cross-functional colleagues and vendors.


Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $78,198 to $125,114 per year. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
