SUMMARY This role will assist the EVP, Chief Operating Officer and their team in business development projects and administrative tasks. The position is a highly visible, client, vendor and executives facing role where the individual is a key part in the flow and success of the team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a team-orientated attitude who has an interest in operations, commercial real estate finance, and marketing. This is a full-time position that requires regular and reliable attendance Monday through Friday during standard business hours with the expectation of being onsite in Minneapolis, MN at least 4 days a week. BENEFITS Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Approximate salary range for this role: $65,000 - $75,000 annually Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
