A fast-paced, growth-oriented organization is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to drive enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. This position plays a critical role in delivering data-driven insights, enhancing financial system functionality, and supporting senior leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead development and management of company-wide budgets, forecasts, and financial models using Workday Adaptive Planning/Insights
  • Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards, assumptions, and planning configurations
  • Administer and optimize Adaptive Planning and Workday Financial integrations
  • Manage user access, data integrity, metadata structures, and hierarchy relationships
  • Serve as the primary architect for financial data models (FDM) across platforms
  • Build and maintain reports using OfficeConnect and other reporting tools
  • Perform variance analysis and deliver insights comparing budget to actual results
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in planning and reporting processes



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning systems REQUIRED
  • Strong financial planning or accounting background (7-10 years total preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, nested logic)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in multi-entity, product-line businesses, and P&L financial modeling is a plus
  • Ability to manage confidential data and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
