Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work with various industrial equipment. This role requires attention to detail, good material handling skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate and maintain industrial induction furnaces, bead blasting equipment, and various power tools.
  • Handle and process mechanical equipment with precision and care.
  • Perform tasks related to material handling and processing, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Accurately and neatly complete assigned work, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.


Qualifications:




  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.



  • Skills:



    • Strong math and English skills are essential.
    • Ability to accurately and neatly complete assigned work.
    • Basic computer skills are a plus.
    • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.



  • Experience:



    • At least one year of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred.
    • Previous experience in metal casting is a plus.
    • Willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.



  • Technical Abilities:



    • Ability to learn and work with a variety of industrial induction furnaces, bead blasting equipment, and various power tools.
    • Working knowledge of mechanical equipment and processes.
    • Good mechanical aptitude and material handling abilities are essential.
