Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Lancaster, TX for a premier logistics company recognized for delivering supply chain solutions to some of the world's most influential brands. Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $28.84 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Thursday

Employment Type: Temporary

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 30+ lbs and stand for extended periods

What You'll Do Daily:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory, shipping, stocking, and material handling
• Prepare work schedules and respond quickly to staffing needs and changes
• Monitor and manage labor hours and payroll using electronic timekeeping systems
• Oversee performance of team members-coach, evaluate, and resolve concerns professionally
• Guide the team toward achieving operational and performance goals
• Identify and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and customer requirements
• Review inventory records, investigate discrepancies, and suggest corrective actions
• Maintain physical condition of the warehouse and ensure cleanliness and organization
• Create and submit reports for upper management

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of recent warehouse supervisory experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse personnel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in inventory control, scheduling, and warehouse systems
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment
