Staffmark is hiring a Packaging Associate in Saint Martinville, LA for a beloved Louisiana-based food manufacturer known for its bold flavors and time-honored recipes. Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $13.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Saturdays: As needed for production demand

Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate and monitor food processing and packaging equipment
• Work on a production line pulling, assembling, packaging, and labeling products
• Inspect products for quality and ensure packaging accuracy
• Assemble and label boxes for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in line with food safety standards
• Meet daily production goals while ensuring consistency and compliance

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks with efficiency
• Comfort lifting up to 30 lbs in a team-oriented, fast-moving setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and quality
• Prior food production experience is a plus but not required
