We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable Executive Assistant to join our North Richland Hills office to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership (C-suite) in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who excels at managing complex schedules, confidential communications, and high-level executive coordination. Anticipated schedule will be four days a week in office, one remote. Some flexibility is required, as the Executive Assistant will need to be in office when the CEO is in office.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide dedicated support to executive leadership, including calendar and travel management
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage expense reports
  • Draft, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, and other confidential documents
  • Act as a liaison with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Support project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across departments
  • Anticipate executive needs and take initiative to address them
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with board meeting scheduling and logistics



Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership--Must have C-level support experience!
  • Proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity with supply chain or high-volume distribution operations is a plus
  • Background in coordinating board meetings is required
