Production Associate

Staffmark is hiring Production Associates in Cleveland, TN! Pay: $18.00-$21.00/hour

Schedule Options: Day Shift (7 AM - 7:30 PM) | Night Shift (7 PM - 7:30 AM) | 2-2-3 rotating schedule | 12-hour shifts | Must be available to work every other weekend

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assemble materials and operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Handle and measure materials, apply chemicals, and ensure accuracy in mixing and transporting
• Operate various production equipment such as mixers, extruders, cranes, and forklifts
• Perform quality checks, record process data, and communicate any issues
• Build and prepare catalysts, modules, and canisters according to specifications
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment
• May assist with boiler monitoring and other special projects as assigned

What You'll Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and computer skills for data entry and email
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks
• Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, and temperature-variable environments
• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or plant experience
• Forklift operation experience
