Staffmark is hiring a Treasury Analyst for an exciting opportunity in Houston, TX with a globally recognized leader in cutting-edge engineering and innovative technology solutions. Hours & Pay:

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday (in-office; hybrid flexibility may be offered in the future)

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing:

• Act as the go-to contact for internal requests for letters of credit and bank guarantees
• Assist with daily cash management including cash analysis, positioning, and reporting
• Support the processing of domestic and international bank transfers
• Maintain cash, debt, and interest schedules while assisting with cash application and bank reconciliations
• Provide short-term cash forecasting and analyze foreign exchange transactions
• Collaborate on evaluating and improving intercompany cash transfer processes
• Support the administration of the Travel & Expense and Purchasing Card programs
• Maintain databases for treasury instruments and ensure accurate compliance reporting
• Assist with monthly close activities, budget preparation, and ad hoc financial analysis

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of treasury or finance experience at a company with annual revenues exceeding $500 million
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an analytical mindset
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
• Knowledge of letters of credit and inbound sales processes preferred
