Machine Operator

Staffmark is looking for dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join a dynamic printing team in Plano, TX. If you have a strong mechanical mindset and are eager to work in a hands-on role, this could be a great opportunity for you-training provided for the right candidate!

Shift/Pay:

• 1st Shift: Mon-Wed + every other Thurs, 5AM-5PM | $15/hr
• 2nd Shift: Mon-Wed + every other Thurs, 5PM-5AM | $16/hr
• 3rd Shift: Fri-Sun + every other Thurs, 5AM-5PM | $16/hr
• 4th Shift: Fri-Sun + every other Thurs, 5PM-5AM | $17/hr

As a Machine Operator, you'll set up and operate various printing presses, load materials, monitor print quality, and make adjustments as needed. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, minor troubleshooting, quality checks, recordkeeping, and following all safety procedures while working closely with the team to meet production deadlines.

What You Need:

• Ability to read and understand job tickets and safety instructions in English
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous press or printing experience a plus-willing to train motivated individuals
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
