Schedule

1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay

$18.25+ per hour

Requirements



  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse coordination or team leadership
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse systems and reporting tools is a plus



Warehouse Coordinator Summary

Oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a high-performing team.

Manage inventory control, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment-while also providing excellent support to internal teams and customers.

Warehouse Team Leadership:



  • Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of warehouse associates
  • Drive a positive team culture focused on safety, efficiency, and accountability
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor performance to meet operational goals


Customer Support & Issue Resolution:



  • Serve as the primary contact for escalated customer issues related to shipments and inventory
  • Resolve customer concerns regarding order status, delivery delays, or discrepancies
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications


Staff Training & Development:



  • Conduct training to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Mentor and coach warehouse associates to improve skills and boost productivity
  • Promote cross-training and career development within the team


Operations & Process Optimization:



  • Identify and resolve operational challenges swiftly
  • Partner with supply chain, logistics, and other departments to optimize workflow
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse operations


Quality Control & Compliance:



  • Monitor warehouse activities for accuracy, inventory integrity, and quality standards
  • Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and company policies
  • Provide constructive feedback and performance reviews regularly


Reporting & Performance Metrics:



  • Track and report key warehouse KPIs, including inventory levels, order accuracy, and shipping efficiency
  • Use data and reporting tools to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and drive results
