Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, psychology or related field is required. Licensure Requirement: (not specified) Certifications: PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP & SHRM-SCP a plus. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated presentation, relationship building, critical and analytical thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while staying organized. Ability to maintain efficiency and work independently in a remote or office-based environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience: Two years in an onboarding or talent acquisition capacity, required. Previous high-volume, direct, full-cycle recruitment experience, preferred.
