When you join WM you become part of a company that is: - 100% employee-owned with 40+ years of industry history Position Details This is a hybrid position, requiring 2+ days/week in the Eden Prairie, MN office. In-office days will vary based on training, department meetings and payroll schedules. Primary Purpose The HR and Payroll Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HR and Payroll functions by ensuring accurate employee data management, timely payroll processing, and compliance with employment regulations. This position acts as a critical link between HR, payroll, and employees, providing administrative and operational support across various HR functions. The role also serves as a primary payroll backup and supports department-wide initiatives. Major Responsibilities
