Revenue Flow Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organizedRev Flow Managerto oversee the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order Management process. This role will manage a global team-including US-based and BPO resources-responsible for delivering accurate quotes, executing orders efficiently, and maintaining SLA compliance. The Rev Flow Manager will also serve as a key stakeholder in the company's Salesforce implementation project, helping design and operationalize scalable, data-driven workflows. This is a cross-functional role that ensures customers receive a seamless experience from quote through order fulfillment.

What You'll Do:

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Manage a remote Q2C and Order Management team composed of US-based and BPO staff.

  • Oversee daily operations of both the Quote and Order teams to ensure quality, speed, and accuracy.

  • Monitor and enforce SLAs across quote and order processing activities.

  • Provide hands-on escalation support to resolve quote/order exceptions, pricing discrepancies, and workflow issues.

Salesforce Implementation & Process Transformation

  • Act as an operations lead and subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce implementation across Q2C and Order workflows.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, IT) to define system requirements, test functionality, and ensure user adoption.

  • Document new processes, drive training, and help integrate tools that improve automation, accuracy, and reporting.

Customer Experience & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Champion a customer-first mindset by delivering timely and compliant responses to quote/order requests.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to remove friction and streamline Rev Flow operations.

  • Proactively address customer and stakeholder escalations with urgency and transparency.

Performance Management & Insights

  • Track and analyze performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs across Q2C and Order operations.

  • Deliver regular reporting to the Sr. Manager of Operations, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement areas.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support scale and enhance customer satisfaction.

Documentation & Operational Readiness

  • Maintain comprehensive SOPs and workflow documentation across Quote and Order processes.

  • Contribute to automation initiatives and system enhancements in alignment with RevOps goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years in Quote-to-Cash, Order Management, Sales Operations, or related roles.

  • 2+ years of experience managing global or remote teams, including BPO oversight.

  • Strong familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and operational systems supporting Q2C/Order workflows.

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Results-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
