Be the Catalyst for Operational Excellence

Are you a high-energy, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you embrace ambiguity, think strategically, and get satisfaction from solving problems others shy away from? If you're ready to take control, build scalable systems, and push through roadblocks to drive measurable change-this is your role.

At MSHS Pacific Power Group, we're searching for a forward-thinking Project Manager - Warranty Operations to lead the transformation of our warranty programs across a dynamic, multi-OEM service network. This role isn't for the passive or risk-averse-it's for someone who owns outcomes, thrives on urgency, and refuses to be slowed by red tape.

What You'll Own
  • Build What Doesn't Exist Yet: Design and implement standardized, scalable warranty workflows tailored for complex dealer and OEM environments.
  • Lead Change, Don't Wait for It: Identify breakdowns in the current process and spearhead bold, practical solutions that drive real impact.
  • Drive Tools That Actually Work: Lead the deployment of intuitive digital platforms that simplify warranty claim management for our front-line teams.
  • Teach, Train, and Activate: Deliver sharp, action-oriented training programs to field technicians and service coordinators-then hold the line on execution.
  • Control the Metrics, Own the Results: Define the KPIs that matter. Monitor submission rates, turnaround times, and revenue recovery-and act fast when the data demands it.
  • Command Cross-Functional Influence: Be the connective tissue between Operations, Finance, OEMs, and Dealer Networks-bringing urgency, clarity, and accountability to every conversation.
What You Bring
  • A confident, entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to make decisions without all the details perfectly lined up.
  • 5+ years of experience leading OEM warranty operations and navigating high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong project management chops-you move things forward, even when no one else can.
  • The ability to quickly evaluate broken processes and rebuild them in ways that stick.
  • An instinct for numbers, systems, and efficiency-plus the presence to influence leaders at every level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field strongly preferred.
Preferred but Not Required
  • PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience with warranty platforms or ERP systems
  • Industry experience in industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or automotive warranty programs
Why This Role Matters

Warranty compliance is not just a process-it's a strategic lever. This role gives you a platform to lead change, recover lost revenue, and shape how our teams engage with warranty across the entire ecosystem. You'll build systems. Set standards. Drive accountability. And you'll do it with the autonomy and trust to make bold decisions.

This Role Is Made for You If:
  • You're impatient with inefficiency and quick to take initiative
  • You juggle competing demands with poise and clarity
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and push others to match your tempo
  • You want to build something scalable and lasting-not just maintain what's there

Apply now to take the lead on a critical transformation-and leave your mark where it matters most.
