What You'll Do



  1. Receive products from vendor deliveries.
  2. Unload shipments from delivery truck / Container.
  3. Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list.
  4. Accurately inspect incoming materials and supplies (qty, PNs, verify that product /material is in good condition).
  5. Complete inspections of finished goods in accordance with QMS and all relevant specifications / DWGs.
  6. Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; entering data into quality database.
  7. Assist the Quality Engineer on reworking of parts as per specs when required.
  8. Maintain receiving records in accordance with Amran Procedures.
  9. Maintain Incoming Inspections Records in accordance with Amran Procedures.
  10. Reports any receiving discrepancies to Purchasing and / or to immediate supervisor.
  11. Release the receiving items to the appropriate departments.
  12. Initiate and maintain positive interaction between quality, production, office personnel and warehouse.

  1. Follow all Amran procedures, practices rules and safety requirements.
  2. Follow Amran guidelines and policies.
  3. Performs other related duties as assigned by staff and supervision.
  4. Other duties as assigned



What You'll Bring


* A high school diploma, or equivalent.
* 1-2 years' experience in warehouse.

What We Value



  • Experience with operating Forklifts preferably but not limited to.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with others.
  • Good computer skills and ability to use various Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, Access, Word etc...)
