Responsibilities This is a unique opportunity to grow your career with deep hands-on exposure to Microsoft technologiesandthechancetohelp drive key financesystems initiatives. Partner Support the significantly with the Lead and GM of Governance and Change Managementto help set directionandevangelize vision to keystakeholders.SupportDesign aframework to ensure delivery of keymilestonesand action plans therein.This role requires routine interaction with Sr.Managementand will need toinfluencethrough clarity and leadership. Take ownership ofandAssist in driving drivemeeting update process with stakeholders and Sr. Leadership.Develop, track andreportonkeydeliverystatus andidentifyareas of help needed.Define Help define success factors for projectand align processesto ensure timely updates of progress therein. Leadchange managementprocess and related trainingprogramsleveragingindustry wide materials, internal materials andlead development of new materials when needed.Identifythe most effective and efficient methods for communicating these changes andappropriate avenuesfor related training. Help establish and lead V-Teamand relatedengagementprocess.Responsiblefor leading and generating meeting content, developinga feedback mechanism, and capturing critical items necessary for success. Help manage day-to-day activities of Group and Sr. Manageronteamwho,in part,are responsible fordirect partnership with Finance and Operationsfunctions.Provide support whentheteam needs direction or clarity on specific items. Partner closely with Technical Leadwithin teamto ensure alignment of critical items, deliverables. Leadthe ITPrioritizationprocess, including process implementation, and review and approval framework from Sr. Leadership. Oversee and direct when/if external parties are engaged toassistin project.
