Manager Client Services and Readiness

Starting Salary Range: $150,000 - $171,000; position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set strategic plans for the next 1-2 years and manage associated risks.
• Lead initiatives to improve process integration using Customer Relationship Management tools.
• Develop and maintain communication plans with external affairs teams.
• Partner with internal SMEs to address complex customer questions on MISO's markets, operations, and planning.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional collaboration through committee and project team participation.
• Develop and monitor departmental goals and manage team hiring, budgeting, and forecasting.

What we are looking for...

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science (Master's preferred).
• Experience working in customer management and/or energy markets (ISO/RTO background preferred).
• Strong collaboration, team development, and process improvement skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual conferencing tools (Teams, Webex, Zoom).
• Knowledge of energy market implementation, transmission planning, and regulatory policies.
