Here's what you'd do:

• Process freight invoices to promote billing accuracy and proper recording of expenses.
• Help minimize the impact of 1000-1200 delivery issues daily by responding to emails within 24 hours.
• Process, manage, and hold carriers responsible for freight claims based on contractual agreements.
• Maintain SOX controls through the execution of audits and other compliance activities.
• Support Keepstock Org by assisting with KeepStock disengagements.
• Liaison for RXO Connect and Supplier.
• Provide suppliers with guidance regarding RXO or the client's routing guide.
• Collaborate with carriers on process or billing improvement and invoice disputes.
• Manage carrier performance & adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
• Provide timely support across the network to solve various transportation-related challenges.
• Administers the rate submission process and the storage of documents in DMS.
• Maintains relationships to ensure compliance with the client's processes, rules, and routing guides.
• Maintains relationships with Tranzact to ensure carrier rates are properly loaded & invoices are audited.
• Collaborate with Internal Partners to resolve issues.
• Support OB Ops Team with Service Opportunity Escalations.
• Support DC Operations with IB Misrouted Freight.
• Efficiently coordinating transportation activities to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
• Escalate Tranzact, Client, and Carrier issues to the Supervisor.
• Tranzact Business rules must be addressed and approved by the Supervisor before implementation.

Pay: $21.23/hr.

Hours: 20 hours/week.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a transportation associate.
