As a Grounds Crew at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will assist the supervisors with all aspects of golf course maintenance and landscape management.

What will you be doing?

* Must be able to work outside in both extreme hot and cold weather conditions.

* Must be familiar with lawn mowing, weed-eating, trimming, raking, debris blowing, hand weeding, garbage/litter pick up, planting, watering, fertilizing.

* Must be comfortable working with mechanical equipment.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

* Must be able to lift 50lbs.

* Must exhibit energy and enthusiasm for the job.

* Must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

* Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop and kneel continuously while performing essential job functions.

* Must have flexible availability and able to work weekends and holidays.

* Performs other duties as assigned
