The Assistant Director, Administrative Operations, holds a highly autonomous and pivotal role focused on the comprehensive management, planning, and coordination of administrative and clinical operations for Student Health Services (SHS). This position functions as a principal strategic and administrative partner to the Executive Director of Holistic Health Operations. Key responsibilities include providing direct administrative support and project coordination for the Executive Director, while also serving as a central liaison for special projects, IT, strategic communications, campus committees, and external/community partners across the entire Holistic Health division. The division encompasses Student Health Services (SHS), Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Case Management, the Student Well-being, Intervention, and Follow-up Team (SWIFT), and The Well. The incumbent leverages advanced administrative concepts and organizational objectives to resolve complex issues and provides expert advice to the Executive Director and division senior leadership on controversial matters, existing problems, and issues impacting policy, procedures, and programmatic outcomes, offering well-reasoned solutions. This role requires the exercise of sound judgment in prioritizing projects and initiatives to ensure the successful achievement of the organization's needs, objectives, and overall goals.
The full salary range for the Assistant Director, Administrative Operations is $81,500 - $150,100 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. |
