This role focuses on providing comprehensive career and academic coaching to support professional students throughout their current academic journey and in developing robust post-education plans.
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the professional field, capable of effectively applying theoretical knowledge to practical situations. This individual will independently manage the full spectrum of coaching responsibilities, leveraging broad job knowledge to analyze diverse problems and formulate effective solutions for student success. The full salary range for the Graduate Student Success Career Coach & Employer Relations Liaison is $29.21 - $51.15 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
