Position Overview
Instructor of Mathematics for Eastern New Mexico Univ. to work at our Portales, NM location. Evening or weekend course hours may be required.
Teach lower-level mathematics and statistics courses. Provide appropriate service to the department. Maintain scholarly currency in the teaching of introductory mathematics. Normal teaching load is 12 credit hours per semester. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
May undergo background checks incl reference checks.
Little national travel to conferences may be involved not to exceed 5 days/trip or 60 days/yr.
Must have MS in Math, or in a related field that must include 18 credit-hours of grad-level math which can be gained concurrent with academic studies.
