This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. Job Summary:The Senior Financial Analyst, will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation strategies for Nestle Waters & Premium Beverages. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize demand planning and execution. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance the overall performance of the full NW&PB portfolio. Location: Arlington, VA Key Responsibilities:
- Target Management and Tracking:
- Monitor total Generating Demand spend for NW&PB Division (Trade Spend, Omni, PFME) to ensure delivery of topline and spend targets
Participates/manages key processes including monthly business planning, long-term strategy, annual volume planning, integrated commercial planning (ICP), SKU Rationalization and I&R, providing financial insights and ensuring plans are both ambitious and executable - Provide granular reporting on fund usage and status.
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze sales and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand generation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, RGM, and supply chain teams to develop value-added GD plans.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to drive project success.
- Strategy Development:
- Assist in the development and execution of demand generation strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in demand planning and execution.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of demand generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance, , Analytics or a related field, preferably within the FMCG sector. (SRM experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
