Reporting to the Sales Operations Associate Manager, the Sales Operations Analyst primary role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the Milwaukee Heavy Duty Alliance, Committed to Safety, and Service Programs.

This position requires a driven individual that has a proven record of being organized, having attention to detail, and an ability to communicate with senior leaders. This role requires a high-performing individual who thinks beyond the scope of the current role, develops innovative ways of approaching problems, and who effectively communicates information across multiple projects.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the End-to-End Process for all End User Programs (Heavy Duty Alliance, Committed to Safety, Bumper-2-Bumper and Red Tote Service Programs)
  • Partner with Jobsite Solutions Sales Leaders to track, measure, analyze and communicate sales program performance
  • Providing customer service and service program support to sales and end user partners
  • Conduct sales analysis to provide insight and assist in the development, implementation and improvement of sales strategies, objectives and plans
  • Present analytical findings, such as sales team behaviors, to Regional Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents
  • Identifying opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies and improve sales productivity
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team on processes and tools
  • Managing sales order processing and ensuring timely delivery of products and services
  • Develop cross functional relationships with Business Intelligence, Channel Marketing, Finance, Supply/Demand and Product Marketing teams to coordinate and manage projects

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of proven working experience (experience in sales, sales operations, or sales support role is preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) a must
  • Experience in Microsoft Power BI a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface within the Milwaukee sales organization and corporate environment
  • Good organizational skills to manage and balance multiple priorities and workflow
  • Ability to take or give direction and execute work independently or in a team setting
  • Success in managing and balancing multiple projects and changing priorities
  • Ability to travel 5% of time
