Overview AmTrust Financial Services, a fast-growing commercial insurance company, is looking for a Director, FP&A, responsible for supporting the Claims organization. The right candidate will bring strong leadership and a balance of analytical abilities, creativity, and execution to the table. This position will report directly to the VP of Claims Strategic Planning & Analytics and will support the Claims organization by providing thoughtful reporting and analytics to communicate the progress of the organization and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of analysts supporting our various lines of business and business functions across claims. This team is responsible for all Claims & Litigation expense management & oversight, continuous maintenance and monitoring of staffing models, budgeting & forecasting, and expense reporting & analysis. They provide valuable insight enabling data-driven decision making in all aspects of running the organization.
