Job Title: Behavioral Money Coach Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: Are you passionate about helping others build healthier financial habits? Join our team as a Behavioral Money Coach, where you'll work one-on-one with individuals from diverse backgrounds to guide them through foundational money management strategies. This role blends coaching, behavioral science, and digital tools to empower participants to take control of their financial wellness. Key Responsibilities Behavioral Coaching * Conduct virtual one-on-one coaching sessions focused on budgeting, saving, and spending. * Use motivational interviewing techniques to foster self-awareness and behavior change. * Create personalized, goal-oriented action plans for participants. * Pilot and refine coaching protocols in a test-driven, digital-first environment. * Refer participants to additional support services when appropriate. Client Relationship Management * Build strong, supportive relationships with participants throughout their financial journey. * Maintain accurate and timely records in a CRM system. * Coordinate and manage coaching appointments and communications via phone, text, and email. Administrative & Team Collaboration * Manage your calendar and session data efficiently. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development. * Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders. * Adhere to all operational, regulatory, and quality-control guidelines. Qualifications * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others. * Experience in coaching, counseling, education, or customer service preferred. * Familiarity with motivational interviewing or behavior change techniques is a plus. * Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for coaching and data entry. * Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
