Description Own autonomous product strategy for our mobile app turnaround and Web Experience Engine platform, with no direct business owner guidance. You'll drive integration, address retention challenges, and build content enablement systems for interactive learning experiences while coordinating cross-platform technical integration. Core Responsibilities Mobile App Strategy Ownership: Diagnose and improve 11% retention rate, redesign three gameplay modes, drive autonomous strategic decisions Web Experience Engine: Interactive content hub strategy, learning module delivery, user engagement optimization Content System Enablement: Build scalable systems for interactive learning content, AI-enhanced personalization, and cross-platform delivery Cross-Platform Integration: Power Points earning system, app-to-community conversion flows, technical platform coordination AI Requirements Definition: Adaptive learning pathways, personalized feedback systems, and intelligent content recommendations Performance Optimization: Platform scalability, content delivery optimization, and technical infrastructure strategy Skills Product management, mobile, web application Top Skills Details Product management,mobile,web application Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Experience 7-10+ years product management with mobile app and web platform focus Proven track record improving user retention and engagement challenges Gaming or educational app experience with behavioral psychology understanding Cross-platform product integration and technical systems experience Content management and delivery system expertise AI-powered product experience (defining requirements, not implementation) Self-driven strategic thinking with minimal oversight and autonomous decision-making ability Content Enablement Expertise Experience building content delivery infrastructure and learning management systems Understanding of interactive content creation workflows and technical requirements Cross-platform content synchronization and version management Content performance analytics and optimization frameworks Integration with external content creation tools and vendor management AI Fluency Requirements Experience defining AI-powered personalization and adaptive learning requirements Understanding of recommendation engines and intelligent content delivery systems Knowledge of AI-driven user progression and skill development tracking Ability to specify AI features for educational content and gamification systems Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
