Description They will manage/process paperwork coming in a queue, and tracking via a live Microsoft Excel document. They will work in multiple computer systems at one time. * Provide operational procedures to the advisors to ensure accuracy of the sales process. * Coding on the investment side ensuring accuracy of data input * Support new product or program roll-outs * Become a subject matter expert on the Cetera Advisory platforms, including proposal tools, trading tools and performance tools. * Review documents for accuracy and completeness * Coding and reconciliation between multiple vendor platforms ensuring accuracy * Processing requests for trading of accounts, manager updates, and account closures * Maintain accurate client & account records in our account systems * Monitor reports to oversee account set up, maintenance, & activity * Other duties as assigned. Training can take 6-8 weeks.
