* Level One Help Desk * User Administration Experience a strong plus * Strong attention to detail * Strong quality focus * Ability to understand, follow and strictly adhere to specific instructions for completing work * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written * Excellent customer experience driven * Flexible to changing needs * Aligns with First United Bank culture *Skills* Win10, MS Office Suite, Active Directory *Top Skills Details* Win10,MS Office Suite,Active Directory *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Exceptional customer service skills. * Three or more years of experience with the following: o Windows 10 Troubleshooting. o MS Office installation and troubleshooting o Active Directory User management o General AS400 user management and troubleshooting skills. * Understand networking concepts and related protocols such as DNS, DHCP, and ICMP. * Ability to support Bank specific software/Hardware. * Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Demonstrates excellent judgment. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a wide range of people. * Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate with all levels of personnel to understand and resolve problems. * Self-motivated to improve professionally as well as identify areas for improvement. * Willingness to accept additional responsibilities. * Dependable and adheres to timelines and schedules. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
