Job Description Summary: Responsible for Role Based Access Control, Application onboarding and work as the liaison between the business and IAM engineering team, developing and administering IAM onboarding policies as well as safeguarding information, evaluating existing data security procedures and identifying new areas of risk wihtin their IAM program using Saviynt Position Overview: Senior RBAC Business Analyst supports day-to-day operations of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. IAM is a crucial part of the InfoSec organization, and the Senior Business Analyst will be a key role with high visibility. Will develop and train on relevant IAM best practices, develop and support IAM business processes with limited oversight by managers. Applies expertise to develop and implement new and updated business processes for all IAM activities. Develops and proposes (for management and stakeholder review) strategies to reduce security risk in the organization by implementing procedural prevention, detection, and response measures, while still enabling positive business outcomes. The activities of the role are critical to the overall operational effectiveness of the InfoSec program. In this position you will: *Collaborating with business stakeholders, including IT and security teams, to identify requirements for IAM systems *Develop onboarding documents for new Business Roles and Applications *Analyze users' common access, perform role mining, and create new Roles *Maintain onboarding and compliance status within enterprise technology portfolio *Support reporting requests for compliance status per business product *Identify underutilized or misused IAM capabilities *Evaluate current training requirements and materials for full-time and contractors during on-boarding *Review possible KPIs for successful full-time and contractor on-boarding within technology *Skills* Business analysis, identity access management, Role based access *Top Skills Details* Business analysis,identity access management,Role based access *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Qualifications: *5-7 years' related experience *Prior experience working with IGA and good understanding of Role based access control *Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience *Knowledge and experience with business analysis processes, techniques, and tools (e.g., voice of customer, customer journey, process flow diagrams, decision trees, Visio, PowerPoint, formal documentation, etc.) Keys to Success in this Role: *Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders including directors, managers, system engineers, and end users *Ability to develop and clearly articulate business objectives and outcomes to key business stakeholders *Ability to work collaboratively, establish credibility, and working relationship within division and within the corporation, with stakeholders and partners to ensure a shared outcome *Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language *Team-oriented interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with a broad range of peoples and roles *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
