Disburse 203(k) rehabilitation funds, construction draws, and escrow holdback funds. Utilize Microsoft Access databases and servicing system for the disbursement of the funds. Set up and balance new loans for the 203(k) department. Post all entries regarding disbursement of funds to the servicing system. Communicate with impacted areas regarding exceptions as they arise. Preparation and/or reconciliation of required daily and month-end reports. Review requests to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and audit guidelines. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with both Internal and External Customers such as mortgage customers, co-workers, Loan Production Office and Accounting employees, and vendors/contractors. Trains peers on new policies and procedures and presents ideas to improve processes and workflow.
