Vaco is hiring for a Accounts Payable Specialist in Jacksonville, Florida.The Accounts Payable Specialist in this role will provide support and serve as a liaison between the Accounts Payable invoice processing teams and our external vendors and internal business partners. General Duties & Responsibilities: Respond to Accounts Payable support tickets from vendors and business partners regarding status of invoices and payments. Ensure inquiries from internal customers and external vendor inquiries are responded to accurately and timely. Reconcile statements of past due invoices from vendors. Resolve billing discrepancies. Assist the business with creating purchase orders. Administrative tasks and projects as assigned. Educational and Skill Requirements: High School Diploma required. Billing/Payment reconciliation experience required. 2 -4 years Accounts Payable experience and Customer Service experience required. Experience with JIRA, Service Now or other support ticket system preferred. Experience with D365 or Oracle for Accounts Payable processing preferred Familiar with SAP Concur Expense administration in a global environment a plus. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where the ability to prioritize is key and teamwork is a must. Experience with global Concur implementation is a plus Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate professionally with all levels within and outside our organization.
