Overview
The Memory Caregiver Aide operates under the Direction of the Director of Strategic Initiatives to assist with intake/referral of new memory care family caregivers, back-up case management activities, data collection, and outreach duties. This position is professional and requires the employee to exercise appropriate discretion and judgment in the performance of his/her assigned duties and responsibilities. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: Associate's Degree: Human Services; Experience In Lieu of Education; Associate's Degree: Related Field, Work Experience: Customer service Responsibilities Provides phone support for incoming calls, new client intake and contacts with existing clients. Develop an expertise on Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias. Assist with client support groups and Memory Cafes Documents phone calls and case note phone calls in online case management systems Creates and maintain client list for each case manager. Assist with classes and public presentations Learn the Star-C evidence-based intervention the team utilizes. Provides clerical and data entry support as needed About Us Find it here. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $16.91per hour - $27.39per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
