About This Role:

About iRhythm:

iRhythm is a leading digital healthcare company focused on the way cardiac arrhythmias are clinically diagnosed by combining our wearable biosensing technology with powerful cloud-based data analytics and machine- learning capabilities. Our goal is to be the leading provider of first-line ambulatory ECG monitoring for patients at risk for arrhythmias. iRhythm's continuous ambulatory monitoring has already put over 1 million patients and their doctors on a shorter path to what they both need - answers.

About this role:

  • Determine whether issues are payer-related or field/provider-related
  • Engage the RCM Liaison for field or provider-based issues (e.g., friction, registration errors, documentation gaps)
  • Engage the DMA for payer-side issues (e.g., policy denials, payer AR trends, underpayments)
  • Engage Payer Management Team for fee schedule updates and/or payers set up needs or issues
  • Coordinate with AR management and billing vendors to implement revenue leakage fixes
  • Monitor assigned regional payers for KPIs like denial rate, collection rate, Conall exposure, and AR aging
  • Track and prioritize performance issues based on financial impact
  • Partner with Market Access to escalate contracting-related payer risks
  • Maintain clear communication of action plans with internal teams and vendor partners
  • Ensure accountability for execution and follow-up of payer performance fixes
  • Maintain updated payer performance dashboards and ensure insights are shared with leadership
  • Document root cause findings, escalations, and resolutions
  • Support audit readiness by documenting payer issue lifecycle
  • Ensure resolution strategies align with compliance and SOX standards
  • Ability to travel (up to 15-20%)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals and operational efficiency

About you:
